12/22/2020 Youth and Sports Minister Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu has issued congratulatory message for National swimmer Merve Tuncel who broke the world record belonging to Chelsea Guvecka, with her degree of 15: 45.29 in Turkish Arena Junior and Open Aged Inter-Clubs Short Course  Swimming Championship in in the 1500 meter Freestyle category, held in Istanbul.
